Her 13+ years of consulting engagements enable her to client-centric solutions to deliver profitable revenue growth.

Prior to Aon, Lily spent 6 years at Korn Ferry, with a particular focus on sales compensation, competency modeling, and enablement. Prior to Korn Ferry, she spent 5 years at Gallup with a focus on delivering B2B Customer Engagement and Employee Engagement programs that unlock potential and performance.
